How it works?

Krok 1

1. Join

Register by clicking “Register”, indicate required data, accept Terms of Service and pay the minimum of 15 PLN of initial fee. It takes 1 minute and all the city bikes are available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After registering you will receive a text message and an email message together with a PIN code which become your identifiers in the system.
To activate your account log in into the e-mail adress provided during the registration and click on the activation link. Otherwise your account will not allow you to use of maintenance free bike rental.

2. Rent

Approach the terminal, press the button of “Rent/Return” and follow the instructions displayed on the screen. The bike which you selected will be automatically released. If it is secured with a clamp-unlock it via the obtained code for code lock, displayed on the screen of terminal upon rental. Enjoy your ride!

3. Return a bike

You don’t even need to approach the terminal. All you need to do is enter the bike into electric lock.
Don’t worry – the sound signal will confirm the correct return. In order to be sure that the return was completed successfully, verify it on your user account through a mobile application, internet website or contact with Customer Office.
If there is no empty space at the station, connect the bike via code lock to the handle of the selected bike stand or other bike and shuffle the digits. In such case approach the terminal, press “Return” and follow the instructions on the screen.

4. Repeat?

Use city bikes whenever you feel like it. The first 30 minutes of driving is always free!

5. Faster?

Download CRM mobile application.
With the use of mobile application you will rent a bike locked in electric lock as well as a clamp without approaching the terminal. Code to the clamp will be displayed during rental of a given bike. You may rent a bike by means of the application in two ways:

  • Clicking on „Rent a bike” in the application and entering its number
  • Scanning QR code of a given bike, located on each bike

FAQ

CAN A CHILD HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, if they are at least 13 years old and a parent or legal guardian gives permission. The consent must be scanned and sent electronically/paper to the operator’s address. The consent template is available in the TERMS OF SERVICE tab. When registering, you must provide the details of the minor who will use the account.

HOW TO TOP UP THE ACCOUNT?

You will recharge the account after logging into the mobile application or website. Available payment methods include payment by card, bank transfer or BLIK.

HOW TO RESET THE ACCOUNT PIN?

Go to the mobile app or website and use the “FORGOT PIN”/”FORGOT PIN?” option.

WHY IS MY ACCOUNT INACTIVE?

Make sure that you have completed the registration process, i.e. completed all the required data on your account and clicked on the activation link sent to your e-mail. If there are difficulties in finding an email from us, check if it accidentally went to spam or contact us. 😊
The account is active when there is a minimum balance of 10 PLN.

CAN I RENT AN CRM BIKE TO AN ACCOUNT IN ANOTHER SYSTEM?

Setting up an account in one system allows you to use bicycle rentals in other cities, as long as these systems allow this possibility.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

You can send your instruction to delete your account by email or letter.
Remember! Before deletion, replenish the funds on your account to a balance equal to 0 PLN. If you have unused funds on your account, in the application provide a bank account number for their return.

WHAT TO DO IF THE O-LOCK DOES NOT CLOSE?

Check the correct alignment of the rear wheel – it should be aligned evenly with the o-lock, so that it can get around it without touching the spokes.
If you continue to have difficulty returning the bike, contact the BOK.

WHAT TO DO IF THE O-LOCK DOES NOT OPEN?

Check the correct position of the O-lock – it should not touch the spokes of the bicycle. If it obstructs, change the position of the rear wheel.
If you have further difficulties, use the “OPEN LOCK” option available on the rental.

WHERE CAN I RETURN MY BICYCLE?

CRM bikes may be returned at CRM stations and at other locations of your choice within the CRM Area of usage. Stands at stations only serve as bicycle support. You can put the bike in the stand, but you must close the o-lock to return it.

WHERE CAN I RENT A BIKE?

The locations of stations and the locations of the free standing bikes may be found on the website under „MAP OF STATIONS” as well as in the Nextbike mobile application.

HOW MANY BIKES CAN I RENT AT THE SAME TIME?

You can rent a maximum of 4 bike at a time on one account.

HOW TO REPORT A STOLEN BICYCLE?

Has your rented bicycle been stolen? Inform our Consultant about the incident immediately by contacting the BOK.

HOW TO REPORT A STOLEN BICYCLE?

When an accident or collision occurs during your bicycle rental, write down statements and/or call the police to the scene. Moreover, remember to inform the BOK of the incident, within a maximum of 24 hours after the incident.

HOW TO REPORT A BICYCLE DEFECT?

Provide information including the bicycle number along with a description of the defect through the mobile application, website or contact the BOK. Our service will remove the defects as soon as possible, and your report will allow us to intervene even faster! Thank you!
